The entire 16’ garage was remodeled to create an additional living space with three loft beds, storage, mini fridge, tv/dvd, couch; we even had a small chest freezer back there! Plus put the back down for even more entertainment space!
The main living area has access to a queen size loft, TONS of storage, tv/blu ray player and upgraded home entertainment system, four seat leather couch with all seats able to recline, large windows with blackout blinds, A/C unit, and a beautiful fireplace that does a nice job heating the room up-we used it in below freezing temperatures to supplement the propane heater.
The kitchen boast a large pantry, huge residential double sink, great counter space, three burner propane stove and oven, convection microwave, and a double door fridge/freezer that automatically switches between shore power, battery, or propane making travel days a breeze with no worry of food waste.
The master bedroom has a king bed with memory foam topper, great closet storage, dresser, under the bed storage, tv/bluray, and washer/dryer hookups as well as a second A/C unit. This whole thing has more storage space than our current living space that’s double the square footage!
Set up is such a breeze, place jack pads, push a button, and watch the whole thing auto level on six jacks, hold down a couple more buttons to put the three slides out and awnings and connect your hoses and such and you’re done! It only ever took us 15-20 min. from pulling into our site to relaxing.
Boondocking too is so easy with two 66 gal grey water tanks, a 66 gal black water tank, and 140 gal fresh water. Plus a 5500 Onan generator with 20 gal fuel tank and an add’l 40 gal auxiliary fuel tank and two 60lb propane tanks. Rig is also solar panel ready! Seriously, this thing has it all!
Even better is that we are including jack pads, two lengths of fresh water hose, three lengths of sewer hose, two reclining camp chairs, two large ground mats, a $300 surge protector and extra dog bones to go from 50 to 30 amp and 30 to 20 amp, as well as a grill with quick connect right to the propane tank-everything you need, just bring clothes! We’ve also upgrade the tires to sixteen ply trailer tires.
