Excellent condition with beautiful interior.
This is a very well kept motor home and has been
serviced according to recommendations. New
carpeting, new day/night shades, new double door
refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Basement
model with slide out storage, basement is
heated/cooled. The refrigerator/freezer located
on a basement slide out was replaced in 2011.
Unit has optional gas/electric heat/cooling.
This motorhome is powered by a Cat 330 Diesel
engine, has an Allison 6 speed transmission and
sits on a Freightliner chassis. Slide-out seals
are new. Tires have been replaced and there are
new tire covers as well as window sun screens
and front bib cover. Generator has low usage and
provides plenty of power for dry docking. There
are only 42,000 miles on the unit and it is a
dream to travel in. Owners health forces sale.
