This can also be your Tiny home Full time living, We have a Amazing RV we just found out going in for annual checkup and oil change at Bell Road RV, this was a super special order RV, it has the Cummings V10 650 with a Allison 6spd Tuned to 500HP and 1850 lbs torq and a 35klbs tow that can be upgraded, and its on a Spartan Chassis too this is the same setup that's in most Fire Engines very reliable I'm told. They said its just amazing RV. It Has most every option that was available at the time. The Title shows 480000$ new, It books out at over 145K now, Unfortunately we just had a big loss our Home caught on fire and lost everything, every one is safe, but we were under insured, and of course we found out after, so This needs to go ASAP, I will take a loss but we need the money, I am a single dad of two in collage now.

You can live it this full time and or travel aswell, full bathroom shower and a washer dryer unit, 3 AC/Heat pumps, I have upgraded to a tankless water heater for showers and sinks, 2 pull outs one giant living room size one and one in the back bedroom. Can sleep 6, full size Fridge, kitchen Lots of storage so much more. Olan 10k diesel gen only 2700 hrs. and with the million mile motor it only has 108k on it now. It dose need some little fiddle bits done but its ready to roll now. We got it from my cousin he was old than I, some how he backed up into some shubs and broke the ladder off the back and its listed as a rebuilt but there is/was no damage to anything mechanical or chassis just they towed it and broke the valance under the front bumper and I have not replaced the ladder on back, I was working a neat bike rack for back there instead, but due to the fire its as is, I was living in it for 10 months while I worked in Prescott looking for land to build on but with what happed to our home in phoenix, all that's off now. Some one will get a fantastic RV to travel or live in it dose drive like a sports car if you put it to the floor it will put you in the back seats lol.
