Additional Custom Features: Emergency door,
automatically released steps when door is
opened, valued at $6,000. Upgraded steps as
emergency feature. Upgraded Macerator (which
pumps grey and solid water out of RV into sewer
system, emptying both tanks) tanks empty in
10-15 mins. with this upgrade. Tool cabinet near
water tank. Tool hanging board for easy tool
storage and access. All storage doors on lower
deck have been equipped with slide out features
(all slide outs include 1” foam bottom and cut
out for (plastic) storage bins). Open field
camping in some states require exhaust system
emptying above the RV to run your generator when
electrical outlets are unavailable. This feature
has been added. All tires are equipped with tire
pressure gauge sensor. This feature allows for
you to always know the tire pressure of each
tire. Specialty pots and pans included for this
model, induction cooktop. The two stock
recliners in the RV have been replaced with
custom made La-Z-Boy electric recliners. The
La-Z-Boy electric recliners have been
upholstered to match the existing décor and
other RV furniture. The original stock radio and
GPS have been upgraded to the Rand McNally GPS
model. An extra windshield wiper fluid jet has
been installed and sprays from the top, middle
of the windshield, this provides entirety spray
coverage. The Engine compressor has an added
hose. Hose can run up to 100 pounds of air
pressure and reaches all RV tires. (In case of
breakdowns, this allows you to fully re-inflate
RV tires.) Installed on the trailer hitch (rear)
is the female port capable of receiving a
25-foot telescopic aluminum flagpole. Flagpole
capable of holding two 3X5 flags. In master
bath, above both his and her sinks, a full
mirrored medicine storage cabinet has been
installed for him and her. Service Information: The motor coach has passed all inspections through Cummings, Freightliner and Newmar. All recommended service and maintenance appointments have been completed and are up-to-date. All services were performed by a licensed London air mechanic. |
