This is a loaded unit. WE BOUGHT IT NEW, and now are getting into a diesel pusher. I have all of the records since new. I have added, 5 star tuner, Tyron flat tire protectors, Sumosprings all the way around, K&N air filter, custom cold air induction, Bilsteins all the way around. Outside it has the 1 piece fiberglass roof with the polar pac, wired for solar, twin heat pumps. Inside it has the Norcold 12cu. ft. gas electric Fridge, custom twin recliner seating ( got rid of factory couch) dining hutch with computer desk, WIFI extender, bidet in hall bath, added 4 towel rack in rear bath, Temperpedic King. We just completed adding 2 350 watts solar panels! Everything works, we got all of the bugs out so you can go on your way. Balance of warranty is assumable. It has just under 25k for mileage. IT NEEDS NOTHING!
One last thing that should be known is it is under 5 years old, and people still can get a 20 year loan!
