| This exceptional motorhome was purchased to be our forever RV and as such was meticulously, outfitted, upgraded, maintained, and protected. It has always been stored inside when not being used and is only being sold due to a recently diagnosed medical condition. One of its' best features is, at 11’-8” high, this is only one of a handful of Class A motorhomes that will fit through a 12 ft tall garage door. This is a stunning fully loaded Class A RV in excellent condition with three months of factory bumper-to-bumper warranty remaining. Some of the included 33BR features include: three TV’s - one outside, rear private bedroom with TV & KING memory foam mattress, queen memory foam sofa bed in living room c/w fireplace, pull-out pantry, central vacuum system, interior spacious shower plus exterior shower, in-dash Navigational System & Mobileye Collision Avoidance System, in-dash pressure & temperature TPMS system, upgraded inverter with solar panel & two additional batteries, Truma gas on demand continuous water heater, upgraded bright & inviting sterling grey cabinets with superb luster sheen, - it’s stunning! With any new RV, there are many quality control issues and deficiencies - this unit is trouble free and ready to roll. The mileage is due to WA delivery and a Red Bay trip for warranty repair (9,500 miles) where all initial issues with the coach were corrected. Worth noting: this unit has NEVER had a toad attached so all the miles are very "light". We generally drive around 65 mph and have consistently had excellent mpg- even in the mountains! It comes with many necessities not normally offered, (all sewer connections, water filters, hoses & pressure regulator, storage bins, electrical extension cords & dogbones, tire covers, windshield sun reflector and many spare parts and recommended spares).
