2001 American Dream M-40DMS(350HP) - 40FT - with 48,985 Miles.  This is a very nice coach that is clean inside and out. The carpet and tile are in very good condition. Counter tops all are in good condition. Walls throughout are clean with minor scuffs but nothing too visible. Light maple cabinetry throughout looks very good and works properly. The cockpit area including the dash is in good condition. Large two piece windshield has no cracks. Yes, the washer/dryer is included. Everything has been checked and tested and is in proper working order (entry step, a/c, lp leak detector, water pump, convection oven, range, refrigerator, furnace, water heater, dash air, radio, televisions, rear monitor, hydraulic leveling jacks and generator.
