Bed is King size. If you might have an interest let us know. We purchased from the original owners that were in there early 80's and basically became too much for them to take care of. The sofa is an aftermarket, very nice quality, and has three power recliners. The coach was Ceramic Coated last summer. Drive tires and tag, Toyo date codes December 2024 installed last March. Steer tires date code 16/20 Michelin. Solar installed last year along with upgraded lithium batteries for the house.
On the maintenance, the couple we purchased from did his own for the most part, there are a handful of receipts he did give us.
Recently the fuel filter was changed last April, March we had an Alignment when we had the new 6 rear tires installed along with everything greased.
Before this trip oil and filter was changed with Lucas synthetic, the crankcase breather filter was changed, I re-greased everything, replaced the def filter. New smart thermostat, Micro Air. Wifi and Bluetooth,was installed for the roof tops and Aqua Hot. The front Mirror arms came from the factory in black power coat and were flaking so we replaced them with new chrome arms. Brake pads are in good condition.
AC compressor for the chassis was replaced last May. New rear camera was installed last June, the other one worked but was not very good. September we installed 1 full size basement slide tray and one partial slide tray.
Installed a tap on the propane line so we can hook up our grill and griddle to the tank on the coach.
